Return and exchange policy

Yogi Baby uses high quality ecological materials to manufacture its products, striving for the quality and satisfaction of its customers. In order to maintain the credibility gained with its consumers, the company created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Rights. As the majority of our clients are pregnant women or recent moms, all returns will be collected from the address of your choice.

 

To ship an item back to YogiBaby, please:

• Email info@yogibaby.me and please include the pick up address and the order number you wish to return.
• The team will enter in contact with you providing all the needed instructions.
• Refund will be processed 2 days after receiving back the order for inspection purposes.

 

Return and exchange requests are accepted up to 7 days after you receive the order.
